Night time is the worst for all of my vices, especially binge eating. I was doing better for a little while, but have been backsliding more and more. Last night was terrible, I seriously overdid it, even more than usual. Now today, my stomach is wrecked, to the point of really struggling or not being able to do a lot of what I normally do on a day off. I know that my psychiatrist had recommended eating an apple and yogurt (although I can't remember which kind) a couple of hours before bedtime. So I'm planning to get both of those, the yogurt being probiotic. I'm also thinking about some sort of protein shakes, maybe something with peanut butter.
Does anyone have any other ideas? I'm a horribly picky eater, and I struggle to eat healthier foods, partly due to sensory aversions.
