Weak season, but I really liked seeing Prince go into full baddie mode. I prefer seeing him as a predator than as a goodie two-shoes.

I tend to root for the bad guys. I even cheered for Rhoades a few seasons back when he was going all Mad Tsar in the DA Office.

I hate that they made Bobby this benevolent and likeable guy in the end.

A lot of the character turnabouts seemed … out of character.

I also didn’t like the sudden gay undertone hinted b/w Prince and Scooter at the last minute. Seemed like a cheap storyline. This entire season was writing amateur hour.

Anyhoo. Looking forward to the spin-offs.

I am a huge Paul Giamiatti fan, and he was the reason I got into the show, but I must confess that I now love Corey Stoll as a villain, and I hope we get to see him become a global movie star. This season felt like a star-making turn for him. He’s a great baddie.

The only other faves I had were Eva Victor and the incomparable Jeffrey DeMunn.
