I imagine the first thing axe does or has already done before they've met is contacted hall (maybe the new halls as well) and Will start picking apart his people. First will be Kate Sacker and Bradford luke. Not sure what hall will pull up on luke but he already knows sackers foil and if anyone can get back Connerties law licenses it'll be chuck and Axe.

Isolated without anyone to support him mike will ultimately go down, Unlike axe he made his fortune off the backs of others and relied on them too much if not for scooter and sacker the mutineers would of taken him out. I see the end playing out similar to how he offered axe a deal for everything he has but Axe isn't a nice guy he's ruthless unlike mike. I don't think 2 billion will be on the table, He will allow mike to leave with bare minimum for him to make a deal to ensure he never rises against him again or he will give him 2 billion but then betray him to chuck and have him arrested and his finances frozen.
