I applied for the procurement and outsourcing advisory role full-time and recieved interviews 2 Fridays ago. The 2 interviews were final interviews, and I was told I'll hear back in 2 weeks. 2 weeks end tomorrow, and I did not get any emails back from my recruiter (emailed twice in 2 weeks). However, I was emailed to join an Interview/Offer celebration. It says that KPMG is hosting a dinner celebrating interviews or offers with the company. I asked a person in the company and they said to me that a decision has not been made. Is it likely I got an offer because I don't believe KPMG would host a dinner and give gifts if I was to be rejected? Has anyone gone through this situation?
