I just received an offer from EY as a Business Systems Analyst at EY in the BCM division. I’m super excited but also very cautious, as I’ve heard some bad things about working in the Big 4. My offer is in the United States and I start in January. I graduated college one year ago and I’ve been working at a small company since then. My background is in insurance and risk management primarily, as the company I worked for previously sold SaaS solutions to insurance and risk management firms. I was wondering if anyone has advice and/or can give me some insight into what the job is like and any tips for success.
