Job hopping while on the bench at EY

Post Body

I've been on the bench a while, and I feel like I'm not learning as a tech consultant. I wanted to look into other jobs. I had a question about reporting these jobs. Firstly, would I be required to resign EY prior to taking any job? Would I have to report even a side gig? Would I need to report a job in the same field to EY before taking it? It would be nice to kinda work two chill jobs if I'm on the bench, but obviously not if that's illegal or something. I'm sure I could get some of these answers from my offer letter, or other EY documentation, but I was hoping to hear from some of you. Thanks.

Also, I have it pretty easy on the bench, so I'm sure some people would say I should stay put, but I'm one reason to jump is also higher pay. And, if there's nothing against working two jobs that would be awesome too.
