So I just want to ask in the bible when it comes to referring to God or gods what exactly does it mean. For example does it mean an all powerful being? Or does it refer to a being that's worshipped but is still limited in a sense. You can find many definitions online on what the term God or gods actually means but there is no concrete true definition from what I can find. Also is there any info on what the ancient people viewed God or gods as? Such as what did the authors of the bible think to when they used the term God or gods. This something that has got me quite curious so I just want to see what people answer with. Also any resources about this subject would be nice if there is any.
