Question about mixed orientation marriage and dating.

Hi, I don’t know if this is a type of polyamory or if it has a specific name, but what would it be called when the wives of two hetero marriages date? For example Sarah and Brad are married and Bill and Jane are married. Sarah and Jane are dating each other and only each other but still happily married to their husbands. No mingling in threesomes with each other’s husbands or anything like that. Is that a thing?
