Any troubleshooting help would be appreciated. I just received my Aria PID yesterday. I've followed all the instructions from the user manual and for some reason the heating element won't activate. The water pump works, and the PID responds, but the "Needs Water" sensor won't turn off. I assume that's why it won't trigger the heating element. When I try to turn on the boiler the PID displays 1.31 for about 3 seconds and then "- - -"
I've contacted WLL for support. But this seems like a small issue that maybe I'm just overseeing. Any help would be appreciated.
