This being my first Insomniac event I definitely enjoyed it, I also came solo (if anyone would like to meetup or see a set together lmk!). As someone who was only accustomed to underground raves this definitely was a rave culture shock. The vibes during the first half were good but then it turned into a frat party disaster, ESPECIALLY AT THE TECHNO STAGE! It seems like so many people forgot about PLUR and being respectful to one another, because we all came for the music and not to just stand around like statues.

I’m hoping Day 2 is a lot better in terms of vibes, I brought so much kandi to trade but I felt like nobody really had kandi, which made me a bit sad 😔
