Lmao Halloween party season 2.......

Funny how people at the party and even in some comment sections called Kelly’s costume “slutty” or very very scandalous. It really wasn’t bad. I’ve seen waaaaaaaaaay worse revealing costumes.
It seems sexy but tasteful still left enough to imagination. Kinda Elvira-Esque. Not like it was flat out a thong or pasties (nothing wrong with that either).
I guess 1991 standards of revealing/scandalous or “slutty” (hate that word hence why it’s in quotes) was different back then and that costume by today standards would be fairly tame sexy.
