Did anyone else discover BTBAM by playing Saints Row 3?
Post Body

I was playing that completely ridiculous game, and as I was just cruising around the map enjoying the views, I turned on the in-game great hardcore/metal radio station. It was playing Obfuscation and after 30 seconds it went into the awesome bass solo/part (you know which one) and I went "WOWOWOW, what is THIS awesomeness?!?" After that, I found The Great Misdirect on YouTube and it was love at first listen. I went to the store that same day to buy the album, listened to it 20-some times, read that Colors was awesome, bought it too and noticed a poster by the store door... Parallax II Tour, BTBAM was gonna play the full thing a couple months later in my city (Minneapolis). I bought the album, it became my favorite one. In the meantime, I kept asking my friends if they knew the band, and they always said it was too extreme for them... except one of them who's been a fan since Alaska came out! We totally geeked out on it and went to the show giggling like 14-year olds (we were already in our thirties) and had the time of our life as BTBAM was flawlessly doing its thing.

That was my BTBAM story, thanks videogames and music for working together!
