Maybe I am naive or ignorant by how is it such a small amount of dealers selling lowers? It seems like a touchy subject. Some dealers say no selling lowers and some dealers ( mostly the mill) saying selling lowers is legal just not complete rifles. THIS IS NOT BASHING THEM. I am genuinely curious because I thought anything like those "evil" rifles were banned in 94. I'm not talk8ng about her B.S. enforcement act thing
Healy literally made a speech in 2016 that said “you can’t sell these”. But she did not have the authority to make laws.
Some stores took that as a warning and stopped selling them for fear of losing license. But it is not a law. That’s why no store has gone out of business for selling modern lowers
The only thing that would worry someone (myself included) is if you get a HUGE liberal prosecutor in a self defense shooting trial who tries to claim that you should not have had that weapon. To my understanding (I could be wrong) is we have not had a self defense shooting with a post 2016 AR15 in the state since the enforcement notice. Please correct me if I’m wrong
