This is the craziest shit I've ever had happen in all my years of casino play. I've played on BetMGM since the beginning of them opening in Michigan. I have been on the program for over 3 years as a platinum member. And I currently still am. Somehow when I called today I was removed. It may be because I bitched out the VIP team. About how bad my experience has been and how Draft Kings approached me with an offer that was so much better. Just because they found out I was platinum with MGM. I am in disbelief that you could load of 10s of tho thousands every month make wagers on the 100s of thousands over a year and get demoted. Fucking straight bullshit. MgM is the worst casino and program for loyalty hands down. I know casinos don't give a fuck about you, just your money. But at least some give you good treatment for gambling with them constantly. This is just gross negligence.
