I don't know if this is something that anyone here can help with. I'm looking for a copy of the Coaching and Corrective actions form that leadership has available to them. I'm currently dealing with an issue in my store and am worried abiut getting HR involved before nessicary. I want to double check the facts myself first. I already checked on BBY Connent, it shows in my search but I don't have acess.

Anyone willing to give a bule shirt some help? ( if you want employment proof before your willing to help let me know, as long as I can do it in a way that keeps me anonymous I will happily do so. )

I think I'm being targeted, and I've lost trust in my leadership which is why I will not ask my store for help.
