I have a question I’m hoping someone can give me an answer to, I’ve tried asking my ASM, OPS Manager, and GM, with no clear response or I don’t know.

Background: I’m on medical LOA, can’t walk yet, estimated return to work in March of 2022.

In regards to VZW Sales Maker as a Comp Sup do I still qualify for the sales maker plan?

I was unable to renew the accommodation during the renewal period since my password was expired and Help Desk needed my manager to call for reset. Ended up taking weeks to get it finally reset. Logged in to learning lounge and can not find the Elearning for it.

Anyone (Comp Sups) out there have reliable information on how to regain the Verizon sales maker accommodation if it is in fact still available for computer sups.
