I’m starting to worry about your Tupelo, Mississippi store. Like the point where I’m considering calling the police or the fire department or the Avengers. I’ve been on hold for 2 hours and 21 minutes (and counting) and no one has picked up yet. That’s not counting the 1st 4 phone calls I tried before I decided to wait. I know you’re a tech company and all but maybe your answering service is broken. Maybe no one cares or are just incompetent🤔🤷🏻‍♂️. I find it hard to believe that ALL of your employees have been busy non-stop for 2 hours and couldn’t answer the phone. I’d almost be happy to have some guy named Bob or Jim from India or Bangladesh answer and read out of a book and be no help whatsoever just so I have some kind of human interaction. I have to drive an hour to your store for a pickup (was supposed to be today) and trying to plan for tomorrow. I have little faith in online updates and the people that do them (go figure).
