Hi, everyone - I hope to get good advise.

I bought an open box Alienware monitor on October 14. Part of the screen has small scratches across the top - it looks like it was the bubble wrap in the packaging that caused it.

Thing is that I finally have time, but the return window has closed.

Is it possible to convince a manager to accept the return? It’s out of the window by a week.
