Ever since the pandemic getting into Best Buy is painful. Always someone that seems like he’s guarding the door asking basically what do you want. There is always a couple of people. One doing their job the other hanging around.
I think the idea is to point people in the right direction so they do not get frustrated but what about simple browsing. The store isn’t that big.
I’m sure everyone tact is a little different and I do not go into the store to often but it’s just uncomfortable am I the only one.
One more, I was looking into a new laptop and went in to see, touch , feel. Within 10 min maybe 15 I had 4 different workers come up to me asking if I needed help.
You always hear the opposite (no one is around to help) but come on. I know yall have those little ear pcs talking to each other and the laptop section is not that big. You had to have seen I was just asked. This was a random Wednesday afternoon in between appointments. Do you work on commission?
I try not to be a dick to anyone as I know retail is a hard ass job that I couldn’t do. Any insight? Am I the problem?
