Started reading yesterday after stalling for so long and finally reached the Eclipse. Kinda already knew what was going to happen but not like this fam.

Like Griffith was always just a dickhead to me, the vibes anyways but I never disliked him. But fam, most of the scenes with Guts and members of the Hawks had a smile on my face. Loved how caring he actually was in comparison to what he was in the early chapters.

But Griffith man. Not like this. I'm actually just let down, I'm disappointed in him and I had to go over to express my feelings. A short version tho. I haven't had tears in my eyes over shit like this since Askeladd in Vinland. Never had in tears in my eyes over some still images fam. Got me in my feelings

Also loving this series btw. Hoping Griffith is having the worst time of his life in the future and I really need to see this shit adapted. Is the 90s anime worth the watch in comparison, since I know that the 2016 isn't?
