When flying from Bermuda, Atlantic City Airport isn’t an option for a direct flight. The only airline that is available at ACY is Spirit Airlines. You would have to connect through Florida or Myrtle Beach SC.
The closest major airport is Philadelphia Airport (PHL): 65 to 80 minute drive time. Approximate car service price: $150 tip.
Newark Airport (EWR) would the second closest: 105 to 130 minute drive time. Approximate car service price: $245 tip
JFK & LaGuardia should be used as a last resort, they are the furtherest and NYC traffic in unpredictable: 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 drive time. Approximate car service price: $365 tip.
