Made a mistake

Made a post a couple weeks ago asking what would happen if I took .5 mg if Xanax after being off for 4 years
So 10 days ago I had a couple Vicodins and I took only .25 mg of Xanax and the last three days I've had the worst tension headaches and tingly arms and neuralgia.
Sure it was fun to take Vic's and Xanax and smoke weed but yup not again
