How many terms do I need to complete for transfer?

Hi, I'm a freshman from DLSU that's wrapping up my first term. I'm heavily interested in transferring to benilde and was wondering how many terms I need to complete in order to apply for transferring. Also, are failed subjects/withdrawals a big nono in order to be accepted? Would love some advice rin since I'm planning to shift from IT to MMA
