Writing my annual self-evaluation

Going to spend a few hours trying to remember what I did in the past year and why I still deserve my job/a nominal pay raise. I understand it's all part of the corporate game that needs to be played but sometimes I get tired of it. I just want to put "Works hard, hit all his goals, never missed a deadline, plays well with others, can be self-deprecating, 2.3 stars.".
