I have seen this is a general pattern in the people around here. If they host (which is rare), they would call you over and then ghost/block/flake you - without having the decency to meet, or even explain what's going on. Some explain it - you are too fat/too skinny/too hairy/too short/too big/not my type. Sure, understood. WHY THE FUCK wouldn't you tell that before inviting them over?! What makes you think the thought "Oh, I'll just see this person from afar and block/ghost them" is okay?

It's frankly a waste of time, money, and effort. Why call someone over if you are hesitant to meet them?

Oh, and people have a tough time understanding consent. Even when clear boundaries are set before meeting, they somehow think it's okay to violate them in the heat of the moment?

And don't even get me started on the HF epidemic. Literally everyone wants to get high and fuck. At this point, I wonder if there are sober people in the city.
My experience in other cities like Noida, Delhi, or even Kolkata have been so much different. The crowd here is, for the lack of a better phrase, exasperatingly incorrigible.

Has anyone else faced these? Or have I just been chatting with dumb-fucks?
