I am looking to move house into another property soon. I get PIP , ESA (support group) and the LCWRA element of UC. As i understand it if you've been assesed and get disability the benefit cap doesn't apply to you, correct?

I get housing benefit currently but i am looking at upsizing and the rent would be £800 a month compared to my £400 a month, thats quite a jump. If i was to upsize and move, would housing benefit still cover my rent? I know housing benefit is calulated at the LHA rate for my area, but i'm wondering if it still applys to me personally?
