Post Body

Hello all,

I've been going through a difficult time with a deployment dispute with my employer who have discriminated me with a workplace adjustment via occupational health. I've worked for this company for over 2 years in an office role, no performance, attendance issues however I find my self feeling anxious, sense of dread, effects mood and sleep quality - every day Monday to Friday and I feel stuck.

How can I resign on medical grounds due to my anxiety condition and claim UC without a sanction being imposed, what is the best way to go forward with this?

Thanks for reading.
