Given their recent financial difficulties... that's worrying. Julia would sit through every city council meeting from beginning to end to write a summary. No one else does that: the TV folks show up, get a few quotes and a few minutes of video, but then need to get it all put together for their 10 o'clock news segment. Often, the meeting is still going on at that time.
