Swallowing whipped cream safe?

So I know that Whipped Cream cans are filled with gas and people use it to get high. Can you just suck on the end of the can and swallow it or is it better to swallow a tube and let it fill you up that way? I don’t wanna do an enema one cause I love the cream taste and wanna try something new. Can you do that?
