This has definitely been asked before, but maybe it’ll give some newcomers the chance to share!

What got you into bellybuttons or bellies?

For me personally it was my stepmom (I know, so cliche). It was the early-mid 2000’s and low rise jeans and crop tops were all the rage, and my step mom was no exception. She would often wear tops barely cutting above the belly button, but what interested me the most was that she also had a tattoo around her navel (I say had, still has, but her and my father are now separated).

She had a slender build, with a bit of a lower belly pooch, a deep but tight T shaped innie, and a glorious little flower tattoo that encased her belly button in a sort of diamondy/rhombus/square shape - a mistake from her younger adulthood. But she repped it nonetheless!

I began to take a lot of interest in her belly button, often asking to see her tattoo, and then asking if I could poke her belly button, which she always obliged. She even would give me a fake rub-on tattoo around my belly button so we could be matching! So many times I played with that belly button, so many fond memories!
