Hey there,
New year cliche -- I want to work with a personal trainer to develop a workout routine and help me be successful. I don't have a lot of experience with making my own routines or finding success in weight loss or muscle gain when I was active in a gym. I really feel like I need some support from someone who knows what they're doing, but I don't know where to go. I've never worked with a trainer before either so I don't really know where to go to find one.
Any recommendations of where to go or who to talk to in town? I'd really appreciate it.
