My bike was stolen right out of my car.
Post Body

So last night during the big storm, some person or persons broke into my locked car and stole my bike. It's nothing special, nothing fancy. It's a fixer upper that I loved very much. I don't know why anyone would want it, it's super short too, I'm only 5'2 and most people can't ride it.

I live in the lettered streets neighborhood. I feel violated and disheartened. I know this isn't the first and won't be the last for our community.

Yes my bike is registered but I doubt it will be seen again. I've already filled out a police report online. If you can keep your eyes out though, I would much appreciate it. It's an old blue trek, drop bars that I recently wrapped lime green (this gives it an almost Seahawks color theme but wasn't planned), and it has the old gear switches near the legs, not on the handlebars. SUPER SHORT bike but not exactly a kids size.

My car is dying and I have no means to fix her right now so I was really counting on my bike to be my solid backup.

Thank you for letting me vent. :(
