Hi there, I’m a reporter with KGMI News and My Bellingham Now in Bellingham. Saw some parking tickets on some cars issued this afternoon and wanted to ask for a comment from someone that had their car ticketed, especially if you parked there for snow-related issues (big snow berm where you normally park or you wiped out etc).
