What type of bones do you buy your dog? What is safe?

I have a malinois mix. I’ve been doing some reading and found some conflicting info.

Some things said rawhide was bad for dogs because of intestinal issues. Some said real/natural bones (bought from a store) are bad because they could splinter and cause issues.

I was reading the warning on a natural looking bone in the store and it said “not for aggressive chewers”. I’m not entirely sure what that means but my dog does chew on whatever when he gets bored. He demolished a medium-ish bone in the span of a 6 hour road trip.

Any advice?

So just to be clear, rawhide is more likely to splinter than a real bone?

Ok thanks. Yeah I’m worried he will injure himself somehow. He does everything at 100%
