I'm just venting - I know it's not going to impact and buyers can't see it yada yada - just needed to complain to a sympathetic audience of people who go through stuff like this as well. If whining for the sake of whining annoys you please skip this post.

This dress was listed new with tags and listed with the correct size and the color that the brand used on as that was also included on the tag. I had pictures of the dress laid flat with measuring tape and description included measurements. I stated it was more of a deeper yellow than lemon because I also included a picture of the tag in the description that stated the color as lemon yellow. I don't understand how the buyer can berate me because she doesn't like the brand's choices. They make these big swingy tunic dresses. They come up with color names for their items. Every issue she had, I had addressed in the description. Do you ever address this sort of thing? At BEST it's discourteous and harsh.
