Canon Mark IV won't stop shooting in AEB

I just purchased a barely used Canon Mark IV and I cannot seem to turn AEB off. According to the camera, it is not on. Not only that, I is set to only take 3 shots when it is on but it is taking 4 and the in the last burst, everything is doubled. Any clues as to how to resolve this?
