Very excited. I went surfing for the first time yesterday and rode my first wave on the first try. Ya I paid a coach but I think she did a great job with instructions prior to getting in the water. She gave me a little push the first two times then told me I was doing good and didn’t need a push and just paddle hard. I rode every wave without assistance after that. We talked about facing the waves and turning the board around as it was coming to me. It was so much easier than I expected. Just wish my inner thighs didn’t get chafed from sitting upright on the board.
