I ordered a replacement hood 10 days ago for $50. I have not received it yet but I did get an order confirmation email the same day I ordered that claimed a 3-5 business day shipping time but no tracking number. We never ever ever have had any issue with porch pirates.
At the time I did not have an account with them, but their system apparently created one for me and sent me an email about that but I didn't see it before this issue came up.
I can't get specific order status unless I log in to the website. I have tried to log into the web site but it always tells me that I need to reset my password. The link to change the password that I get in email only redirects me to the login page (with NO PW reset option) which again fails and tells me I need to change my password (rinse and repeat). The phone number (855-653-8228) is always busy (busy...in 2024?!?). I tried to create a new account but it says that my email is already in use. I also tried the link that was sent to me when the account was automatically created and that failed with the infinite loop password reset as well. I have tried with more than one web browser and it is nothing on my end that is wrong.
Is anyone aware that they may have stopped fulfilling orders or anything of that nature?
