Sticker Tokens and Macroing

Just wondering if a bee or tool digs up a rainbow sticker token in the field, does the macroing software pick up on this and deliberately collect the sticker?
I am considering firing up my old PC to start macroing (otherwise it's gonna take me forever at LVL 9/ gold star amulet/ no mythics to get 10billion more honey for petal belt)
