Is it ok to pop other players bubbles

In the literal sense lol is it ok to pop other players bubbles. I play during the day and there are usually plenty of players macroing with all the bells and whistles going- usually in the Pine Forest. Is it detrimental to them if I run into their bubbles on the field and pop them? Am I stealing the bubble pollen or am I helping them access that bubble pollen?
