You guys will know better than me.

I had bedbugs almost 2 years ago. We put diatomaceous earth all over my room and covered my bed with the bag.

I'm allergic to bed bugs. When it started I could immediately notice when I was bit with a giant red welt. I have not had them for over a year.

I have a number of questions.

A) my dresser has been unused and filled with dirt. It has bed bug corpses in it. Is it possible they are still alive in it after 2 years and should I just burn it? There are several spots in the dresser (like inside the dresser but not in the drawers) that could not have earth put in it.

B) is it possible I'm not allergic to or am not seeing the bites anymore? I do not feel noticeably itchy in any form after sleeping.

C) Even though it's been 2 years, what should I be wary about when making this change?
