Dramatic start to this post 😂 Well a long time ago I started by following instructions on the breathing on YouTube Then I got the app Experimented with fast or slow breathing Tryed 30/40/50/60 breathes Then came the cold It's cold where I live so it kind of felt normal 🤷♀️ I counted minutes and wanted to beat myself in some strange way.
Now the freedom I breath thil it feels right, the only thing I keep track of is retention time. And it works so much better now when I have learned to listen to my body, back to that amazing feeling I had when I started this journey. The cold I still do with a timer as I want to stay in at least 3 min but if it feels good after 3 I stay longer. How does you're routine look like now versus when you started?
