For me the breathing has made me well becoming better at it, I have easier to run and to swim and we'll every activity.
The cold have made my skin look better and feel more soft Made me a more positive person Taking the cold better and do not start to freeze so easily (live in a cold country)
I do the cold showers or bathing nowadays for 3min 5 times a week And the breathing for 3/4 times a week.
How about you? What do you feel and get out of it And what is your routine?
Yes 😄 It was a game changer for me to! I have told many that I do many things running / gym/ dance/ yoga/ streching I can give up many of those but not the breathing and cold bathing 😄
I think it has been worth it for me. At least when I started. It helps with the timer and much info on how to do things correct

How nice 😊 And the experience I had a week ago when I was out at the sea, I stayed in the water for 10-15 minutes and oh yes the quiet mind and meditative state is amazing. (Sea water here is about 54)
