I'm really glad to be on this thread. Am excited about finding the WHM a few days ago and am trying it out. I have a few questions:

  1. Is there one basic breathing technique (30 to 40 breaths, followed by retention on the exhale, then a big inhale and a 15 second hold), or are there additional techniques?
  2. Regarding using breath with exercise, I see in the app that there's a push up exercise integrated into the retention part of the breathing. So it's probably ok to experiment and do any kind of exercise (down dog, plank, side plank, crunches...) as long as its an exercise where you don't get too beat up if you were to pass out?
  3. I may want to support Wim and buy one of his courses on principle, to give back since I am getting so much out of it, even if I don't necessarily need it. The one thing that it seems to me I'd miss if I bought the fundamentals course as opposed to the Classic course is Wim doing the yoga stuff and exercises. I didn't see anything on youtube that looked equivalent, Wim teaching a suite of yoga poses or exercises. Are they available anywhere?
