Edit: I managed to get the willpower to do it this morning when it was 10° F outside. (-22°C). It was short, but even still it gave me a burst of energy. I think mostly it was because it gave me confidence from starting the morning doing something so hard, but it was definitely worth it.
Does anyone have experience with this? With as much focus as I’ve placed on optimizing my health, it still takes me probably an hour to feel fully awake when I get out of bed. I was wondering if anyone has experience with using an ice bath to help them get going quicker.
