do any of you guys simply not check the temperature of the water? I just use fresh ice and water bottles to cool it and give it 20-30 minutes and giver. it's definitely very cold/uncomfortable but I wonder if there's a level lower I could get to.
2nd one, do you guys do multiple ice baths per day? I suffer from addictive tendencies and I can't get enough of the rush of energy lately, I've been doing 3 ice bath per day for the past couple days and while it's amazing and allows me to be productive, i have had issues mentally turning off at night despite being very physically tired.
