Training and cold
Post Body

So I have for quite some time done the cold plunge first thing in the morning and I think it's a fantastic way to wake up and start the day. So what I do first thing I get up is the cold and after that I go for a run. Last week I started to have ace in my knees and lower back and I think it might have to do with me doing the cold befor training, I try to do a short warm up befor but still? Anybody who has some insight to this? How do you combine cold and training?

I think I will change my cold plunge to after my run just because of that. If I have understood it correctly its only after strength training that you shouldn't jump in to the cold

I absolutely agree, next week I will skip the cold befor running and just do a warmup. Cold afterwards

I did run wrong a couple of years ago but that is something I have worked on and I would say don't do anymore
