Praline is lighter and more cool/pink leaning. Spiked toffee is darker, a little warmer/browner, and more saturated.

Like a mid-tone, slightly warm rosy brown. I'm white - I usually fall into fair-light or light complexion shades with neutral undertones and it is very flattering. It's definitely not a "nude" for me, it's darker than that, but it is a great daily neutral.
