Anyone else having this weird mangical delay?

So DHL was annoying but - this new service IPSY is trying has me tilting my head.
I got my nofication on the 9th about it shipping. I know its 2 days at least beforee anything happens, yet typically its here by the week after I get the notice.
I have concerns that the website for both the new shipping company and USPS stop tracking my package once it arrived in NJ. On the 8th. And that it wasn't untill the 14th that Pitney sent the info to USPS.
Anyone else having this issue??
