Been getting free IPSY for months!

My roommate cancelled IPSY 6 months ago after a year long membership. She has searched her finances and insists they have NOT charged her since the cancellation, however, she continues to receive a package from IPSY every month for “free”. My question is, will they bill her for this previous months when they catch it or can they only bill for future months? Does anyone else still get boxes without being charged. Today received the 5th or 6th free box!
